As a small business, the company have the potential to rapidly expand due to the nature of business and geographical advantage.

Owner doesn't pay employees fairly. Ironically, the product / services the company sold promote pay equality and work-life balance.

The best part about it is the boss is never around so you can do what you want within reason.

As above. No extra benefit, boss is quite emotional, sometimes is nice, other times treats you with disrespect.
