      Pros

      Very smart people, world class technology, prime location (near train and bus stations). Very strong market. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Difficult ramp-up in a few teams due to complicated technology. Relatively small firm (still a a startup). Not enough communication between R&D and sales.

      Pros

      - Very smart & nice people. - Very complicated technology - after more than 3 years - I learn new things and new technology almost every day. - good work life balance.

      Cons

      - Hard to recruit new people due to the complicated technology. (need to know Linux, Networking and high analytical requirements), and a small company this lead to more pressure on small team. - long ramp up for new people.

      Pros

      Very high professional level. Absolutely groundbreaking technology with no analogs. Flat hierarchy, great communication. Very attractive compensations.

      Cons

      Entry barrier is very high for the new employees, due to the extreme complexity of the tech. Many good specialists, that could probably succeed elsewhere, fail to adopt. Makes it hard for the company to grow.
