Pros

Nothing. If management feels providing free evening snacks is their Pro then let it be.

Cons

Everything. Product: Its not a product. Its treasure of bugs. Its not at all user friendly and client always have to reply on support team to help them even for smallest of doubt. Work environment: Nothing more to say. There is no work culture. Most of the team doesn't have any clarify for their role. All work are always P1 and employees are forced to work late / over weekend to meet deadline. Comp offs are given for extra work but unfortunately they expire before the employees can avail it. Leads / Management: Arrogant. They do not know anything about team management or doesn't have any lead quality. They are liked to be called as "Sir". Preference are given to their dears (STAR family) for salary hike and promotion. Two employees having almost identical rating have huge difference in salary hike with dear ones getting big hike. HR: Not qualified HR. They always back the management and never care of their employees. There are no work time / leave restriction for them. Above is just summary. If someone wants, a complete book can be written for their Cons.

Pros

This company is supportive for customer-facing roles. Employees get all necessary facilities and resources like technical training, official SIM cards, to work efficiently. Work appreciation for client satisfaction is done through awards and bonuses.

Cons

Some processes are extended unnecessarily. They could be made simpler to work faster.

Pros

After I joined this workplace I got broad client exposure. I learned about the market demands. Also received rewards for meeting targets. My superiors were always there for me to guide and offered me on-ground learning opportunities.

Cons

Cross functional collaboration needs to be improved.
