Only think about revenue not about resource. 7.Old technology stack ,Not learn anything from this company in technology stack so that you can compare myself to outer employee. 8.Hr will behave in Notice period like You are enemy for them. 9.They will enforce you to complete full notice period anyhow whether you are not well,There is a marriage of Yourself. 10. Very unorganized company. 11. A team lead of technical employee is not technical guy. so you can think about about the company.
