Chance of a long term relationship with the company if you can manage your basics well Niche Market Offering Low number of competitors Global Business Prospect

Cons

Company is not equipped enough to compete in the market. Earns bread and butter through old clients. Not on an exciting growth path. Company does not believe in spending to arm employees with the required tools to perform their job Heavy on old school Manual work I personally dealt with a highly toxic senior who was heavily invested and ingrained into the company, building dependency on him, did now allow much facetime with the management The company owners also happen to be in the Executive Leadership team, they do not believe in a change in management, want to keep it under their control, miser-like mentality, overall I do not approve. Not a good place for juniors to grow. Get out early. Every other company will offer better learning and growth prospects.

After I joined this workplace I got broad client exposure. I learned about the market demands. Also received rewards for meeting targets. My superiors were always there for me to guide and offered me on-ground learning opportunities.

Cons

Cross functional collaboration needs to be improved.
