      No Up-gradation of the designations or level in the organisations, Appraisals not taken seriously, new joinee will not be given proper training and instructions, Leadership team need to improve people management Skills. HR function is almost Nil, No training and up-gradation on knowledge, Talent Development or Organisation Development is Zero.
