Pros
In the sales industry pressure seems to be paramount to most companies. Exchange Utility gives employees much more of a family feel. -Targets are realistic - KPIs are tiered, revenue being king. I have worked in sales offices in which revenue targets have been achieved, however, the pressure is still intense. - Managers are left to manage their teams- with ongoing team incentives, nights out and early finishes. - New and improved commission. A lot of sales companies advise their company is where sales agents come to print money, Obviously, that is the case here, although maintaining high reward for meeting targets as well as an overachieving them. EU modified their structure to represent the changes in the energy market as a whole and did so for the better. A lot of companies have the philosophy that if the top struggles, so do everyone else. - Great understanding of personal matters
Cons
- Salary competes for the location but struggles to complete with city centre jobs that are similar. (starting salary 21k, reviewed annually) - No Parking -Progression seems to side angle towards other roles at the same level. Limited upward progression.
