Pros

- If you play the game, you might learn a bit from your supervisor (if they're competent). - Free food - Will teach you workplace politics

Cons

- Changing desks every 2 weeks for no reason - Executives do not inspire confidence once you see past the veil. You will often think "how are these people above me and my manager"?

Pros

Many company paid drinking lunches

Cons

Yikes, where to begin... The "CEO" has zero business sense and changes the structure and business model almost weekly. It's not uncommon to come in on a Monday and your desk is moved to a different department, your salary has been cut, and your commission is not being paid out. You are then forced to sign a new commission package or be terminated. No level within the organization is exempt from these types of manic changes. Management will leave around 1 to get sloshed and doesn't come back many times. This causes a huge delay in the work flow since there is no one to sign off on deals and pricing. The "CEO" only promotes "yes men" who have zero experience or expertise and are often in their young twenties. This way there isn't an intelligent life form in the room when the CEO decides to have a bipolar flip and completely rearrange the company. Sexual harassment runs rampant and there is no real HR department so the lewd comments and actions go untouched and un-reprimanded. Turnover is INSANELY high with no employee lasting longer than 6 months. If you do, it is because you are related to the "CEO".
