Really nice coworkers, great boss, they always do nice things for us like an annual baseball game, lunch, you can get off when you need it, it’s a great part time job.

None really, it might not be enough hours for some but it’s a part-time.

Friendly and positive coworkers. Get to be creative with color choices. Easy. Relaxed. Supervisors and upper bosses all nice. Decent communication. Like to do extras for the team, like outings and catering. Bonuses.

Low pay no health benefits. Rush weeks can be physically taxing. Can be inconsistent about how to do flower arrangements from trainer to trainer.
