Pros

Great commission structure and health benefits, other than that... nothing. You get vacation time, but it is frowned upon taking it.

Cons

Not sure how they keep anyone there, they have one of the highest turnover rates I have ever seen at a staffing company. Don't be fooled by all of the good reviews, the CEO pressures you into writing one. The CEO is a privileged, upper-class male that pokes fun at everyone in the office with dirty, salacious jokes in front of the entire office. It is a "good ole boys club," but just because you are a male doesn't mean you will be exempt from being made fun of. Beware of stepping foot into this Company. Where you come from will be made fun of, how you grew up will be made fun of, how bad or even how well you are doing in the company will be made fun of. There is no escaping it.

Thank you for your review. We strive to have an open and transparent environment comprised of individuals from a diversity of backgrounds who place a high value on humor and levity. That being said, I am sorry that your experience wasn't as positive as that of many of our long term team members. There are a few areas that need to be addressed: We do not "force " people to write reviews and if we did, they would most likely be more frequent and abundant. Secondly, the staffing industry as a whole has high a rate of turnover, ours is approximately 50% less than other firms of our size. As transparency is a key component of our culture, it is highly encouraged for those with similar concerns to voice their opinions with leadership.

Pros

The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on individual ownership and performance. The team culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive — people genuinely want to see each other succeed. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.

Cons

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
