Pros
The atmosphere, the staff -I mean all staff; sales, payroll specialist, tax specialist, sales, HR and even the owners are great. Compensation is good. Also, management is very accommodating to taking time off, and the owners are family oriented and give a good work life balance.
Cons
The work load can be very heavy at times.
