Thanks for sharing your feedback – great to hear that you’ve had positive experiences with colleagues and your faculty. Neither our College Leadership Team or People Team have received any reports of harassment or bullying. However, that doesn’t mean we can sit back and relax. That’s why we’ve been proactive in making sure this is a workplace where it doesn’t happen, hence the recent training, videos, policy updates and new anonymous reporting tool launched last year. If you’re aware of any unacceptable behaviour, the best thing to do is to raise it with anyone in the People Team or College Leadership Team, and they’ll all be happy to help you.
