The pay is good, and the opportunity to participate in the funds is excellent (though that is changing). The mid-level team members are great to work with. You are not micromanaged and are given a lot of leeway to perform your duties.
Cons
It's a toxic place to work. The CEO does not believe in fostering a culture and prefers that everyone operates independently. There is no collaboration, no standard processes in place. They are also re-trading your commissions and play favorites with certain employees.
