Everyone at Exigent seems to share a common set of principles and morality. Pleasant and caring people. There's a clear concern for personal time and a work/life balance. The company is always growing, providing great opportunities and excitement.

Cons

It's sometimes difficult to manage the diverse hardware and software offerings along with the diversity in clientele.
