      Pros

      I didn’t find any pros in the company because their is no team coordination, no training for freshers

      Cons

      Their is no growth in the company, waste of time to attend interview in Exinent…during wfh they don’t provide you the laptop and net allowances….they completely use your own resource and later on command on you, everyone in the company are so rude, no team coordination save your time don’t attend any interviews in Exinent…!!

      Pros

      Working at Exinent is almost working from your home, such a homely atmosphere built around the office. If you really wanted to work for a fast paced American eCommerce development company, Exinent is the best place.
