The atmosphere and people working at EXKi makes it an enjoyable experience. The academy in place makes evolution possible. There's a huge number of managers that has a starter position when they joined.

Middle sized company, therefore, the work is demanding (but enjoyable). Lower salaries due to the sector (HORECA)
