      Has a lot of learning possibilities for freshers and interns.

      Cons

      No salary hike. Cannot work for long term. No perks and benefits. Very small company (< 10 members). Boss does not keep his words.

      working environment is good. colleague are help full. you can learn a lots because there are no senior programmer

      Cons

      very low salary even they prefer if you work in free for then then don't give experience letter and relieving letter instant. i got after 1 year 4 month later.

      No Salary increment, No other benefits, No proper facility. Its like you are working in shop not IT company
