Only 2 things: Fully remote, and great & super supportive co-workers.

Everything else. 1. Subpar pay - Below the global remote pay standards if you're working outside Australia, I'm an Indonesian working fully remote. 2. Bad management - they apparently "misplaced" any info regarding my contract that was once promised to me just a few months before and the CEO himself tries to blame the guys that already left the company as the reason behind it. The cherry on top? those guys that already left never hears or even entertains about what I said to needing more workforce for the project, which leads to client's dissatisfaction. I don't know which one's at fault, and frankly I no longer care, but now I'm in a position where they cut off my contract and even won't pay my last bit of work.
