Pros
- The working atmosphere at ExoClick is really great. There's a lot of nice people with a big mix of cultures, the office and its location is amazing and the company allows you to learn and grow in a relaxed and comfortable environment - As ExoClick is the market leader, employees are in a great position to do well and build on previous success - Benefits include healthcare, free fruit, subsidised lunch, a beer tab and various games to play (arcade games, foosball, etc.) - The CEO is very approachable and willing to help employees overcome obstacles
Cons
- If you're super ambitious it might not be the place for you. There are some internal restrictions which perhaps don't allow you to achieve certain things and the hierarchy is quite linear (although this is improving) - There is not a huge amount of visibility into the business if you are not part of the management team - The salaries are not fantastic but there is a bonus scheme which allows you to earn more if you hit certain targets (which are not always realistic)
