Great colleague environment, lost management - Sales Exoticca Employee Review

The few colleagues who are still left and the salary paid on time at the end of every month.

A toxic work environment led by a disrespectful and unpleasant CEO. The company feels completely unstable, with zero empathy toward employees. Managers appear cynical and more concerned with staying close to senior leadership than genuinely supporting their teams. There have been mass layoffs and a forced return to full on site work after an effective three days a week remote model that was arguably the only positive aspect for employees. The offices are located in a remote and non central area. There is excessive and often ridiculous control over daily work, and people are dismissed even when their performance is strong.

Good environment and people. Great design team.
