The offices are located in a remote and non central area. There is excessive and often ridiculous control over daily work, and people are dismissed even when their performance is strong.

Management can be inconsistent. There is frequent changing of direction, which can create confusion and make long-term planning difficult. Leadership can feel distant or cold at times, and clearer communication would help create more stability.
