Pros

Free food on Fridays, friends and family discount, some nice managers

Cons

- There’s no end time on your shifts -if you start at 8:30am you might be able to go home by 5pm -if you start at 9am you’re not leaving until 7 or 8pm. If it’s busy and drivers are finishing up, you stay until everyone is done -they say you get commission but it’s under 3% of your sales… also, you have to work up front at registration to be able to make commission. People are greedy and will put their name down for the sale even though a floor employee sold the experience -you have to give all the days off you need, a month in advance. So good luck getting a day off if you didn’t ask for it - driving instructors are rude although they get a little better over time

Pros

Sleek exotic cars with the tag line "a rich mans playground". It is a designers dream to land such a fun product to market.

Cons

The owners are a little full of themselves but if you do your job, its smooth sailing.

Pros

Great group of people that for the life of me I can't figure out why they stick it out.

Cons

No proper review process (don't know that they are upset with the quality of work performed until the blindside with termination), no communication, no raises. They constantly talk about the company profits being down but parade new cars, EXPENSIVE watches, vacations, boats, houses around like crazy. It's insulting. They give raises to those that threaten to quit, not those who are loyal. That being said, the number of truly loyal employees has dwindled to a handful, if that. No chance of advancement unless, as everyone else has stated, your French. They bank on the cars drawing people in to work there. Once the novelty of the cars wears off and the reality of the low pay, low moral, and poor communication sets in it turns into hell. FIX IT.
