Cons
-Approvals Process can Lag
-Tech Security can hinder efficiency in departments
-Month-to-month contract with no heads up on renewal process
-A hands-off approach on certain teams causing detrimental conditions
-No sense of protection from HR or management from unprofessional co-worker behavior
-Siloed teams can lead to much confusion on goals, deadlines, chain of command
-Constant alignment issues between directors and team members in the chain of command
-Iteration can be extreme at times, depending on the director
Note: I caveat these items with the fact that this experience was with the small team I was on and that other departments may have a more positive experience than the one I had.
