      Pros

      No restrictions in any process implementation, if the management like the idea and the idea has logic in it. You can build it from scratch with like minded colleagues.

      Cons

      People who do gossips and is not focussed towards their job, must dislikes the place. Admin related issues are their, but covering up steadily. Not a place who is balance the work and life in an ideal way. Work type is hybrid whenever you put extra efforts for it, you get compensated

      Pros

      Not pros for me, this place isn't for freshers, don't fall for it.

      Cons

      The environment isn't cooperative at all, they won't consider your genuine problems and will start ignoring you without giving any proper information. During the interview they will tell you that training will be provided and that is another white lie.
