You have more than one person to answer to so you have to be able to take criticism. Most Retail Store managers are great to work with but others can be difficult. If you have a thin skin you might not like this. NJS headquarters staff serves thousands of contract providers through out the United Sates, so don't expect to be the center of the Universe. If they are busy and can't answer you today, keep trying. But be patient. These are good people who really care
