- amazing onboarding - after two weeks, you will know the drill and have a good understanding of the teams' architecture, the company's goals and values, and what you can do to support getting there - if you work focused, you will not need much overtime - they actually encourage you to take your evenings and weekends off, and to enjoy the time free of work - very international team where everyone motivates and supports each other - if desired, you will get a lot of responsibilities quickly - quick and easy feedback cycles, you get the impression that your opinion matters and you receive confirmation for every success you provide - remote first is not just a tag but gets embraced by the entire company, online events allow internationals outside of the Berlin office to connect with each other (80% work from home) - clever and driven top management, they are ambitious without loosing sight of their team - very open minded team that embraces diversity and supports you in out of the box thinking - you can feel the start-up vibe everywhere, in the most positive way - everyone wants to succeed and it feels like everyone works towards a common goal (#aimhigher) - your efforts will be rewarded - awesome and fun competitiveness among the sales team, everyone supports and pushes each other, but everyone wants to be among the top performers, too - lots of team events, sports sessions, etc. - great P&C team that supports the rest of the company and builds and maintains a value based company - purely English company - you don't need to be a German speaker to succeed here
