Poor management team, who have zero autonomy to make any meaningful decisions. This is a test and QA body shopping organisation, with no clear objectives, or strategy, and will never be a consultancy involved in complex transformation projects. It's recent "facelift", is by all accounts, crashing a tactical, transactional testing business, with a large scale French engineering organisation, coupled with a management consultancy business (Moorhouse), with employees with ego's that put Donald Trump to shame.
