Great place but needs modernisation - Engineer Expleo Group Employee Review

We appreciate your comment regarding Expleo being a great place. Our annual Great Place to Work survey feedback and engagement strategy focusses us on ensuring staff enjoy their work and their experiences whilst at work. Over the last few months, we have worked hard to improve our pension scheme with increased contributions and the promotion of associated benefits. We have also enhanced the flexibility we provide to staff, a point which was also highlighted as one of our strengths within our annual survey. Our core hours are now 10 am to 3 pm allowing employees a greater level of flexibility in addition to the flexi time scheme which you refer to. Our key strategy over the next few months to is meet the growing demands of our existing customers as well as securing new opportunities to enable our staff to experience new challenges and to create opportunities for development.
