ETPL is a marketing arm of A*STAR where one can get access to the latest IP or technology and in a way shape the frontline of Singapore's technological advancement.

There are alot of invisible politics in the air such that even the team leaders very seldom talk to each other, perhaps only 'hi' & 'bye'; I reiterate the word 'very'. Worse still is that most of the time there is no communication between them except being force by work. Moreover, they do not employ fresh graduate.
