Pros
As others have mentioned it's a great place to be if you want to be surrounded by brilliant people. You'll learn a lot VERY quickly. Working in an environment that supports the forward movement of healthcare is rewarding. Almost every team has a meeting first thing in the morning, daily, to strategize and coordinate. Catered lunches are a huge perk.
Cons
Even though the company was acquired by IBM over a year ago the company is still figuring out where they fit in and it can affect your workload and expectations when processes change. Parts of Explorys are leftover in ways that make things difficult at times.
