It's tough because having multiple clinics in one city is a herculean task to manage. And usually you'll demand hike with respect to years passing by than with respect to the growth of the company.
No specific pros to be mentioned as healthcare is at stake with such attitude.
Cons
None of the policies are fir benefit of clients,the cosultants have no active role to play in decision making.The lab is highly unreliable.The General manager being a doctor follows no medical ethics and the Centre managers have no knowledge of healthcare.....they are hopeless
