1.5 time over time. (be careful, you got to know new person start with different salary, make sure they won't trick you with low pay ) Friday free dinner to go.($15 per person) Company fully paid benefit(Only insurance, No 401k and others ) (try to get a $3000 starter salary)
Cons
The place is horrible to keep you over time as starter, because all the hard work like heavy duty things(complicated work)will be assign to you as a starter. You do get paid well with overtime(1.5) but it is underpaid since there are too much work. It is lack of management because all of the older employee works over time when they are there shopping online and they keep eyes on you and will not let you relax a little at work. Good people all left, left overs in there has no where to go. By the way, when you just start, watch your back. 如果你有别的出路 不要在这工作 但是你没有 或者刚毕业或者刚从国内过来 来这里尝试下吧 还可以的机会 这家公司会让你明白你身体是怎样累跨掉的 新人会高压 高强度哦
