      Pros

      - Hiring process was easy - Benefits of travel - Great for people who need sales experience to get a better job - Clean work environment

      Cons

      - Misleading about sales book opportunities including the criteria of cold calling 150+ a day on non-vetted leads - Managers of sales teams often promote salespeople to communicate with customers in appropriate ways - Encourages a family like culture but expects out of normal work hours to the point where some salespeople were falling asleep at their desks - HR is for window shopping only - Leadership encourages negativity towards coworkers during meetings - Sales culture is cut throat, which is found often within sales in general and again, would be good for sales professionals who need something to get their feet wet - A lot of role playing - Diversity is low

      Happy hour everyday so you can take a break from HELL lol

      Cons

      Cult atmosphere. High school behavior and drama. Upper management doesn't know their head from *** The CEO needs to cut his freaking hair and have a reality check on what's happening. If you don't make them several millions, they could care less about you. Leads suck. Insurance is expensive. Management taking behind employees backs and about private things is very disgusting. I could go on and on........
