Pros
- one of the most solid IT companies of southern Italy - almost the only chance to have a job near home in Puglia - work with nice and excellently skilled people, always available to help you and teach you something new
Cons
- salaries are lower than the italian medium salary in IT consulting; - maximum refund for travel expenses is still the same of 20 years ago (but food prices have increased..) - it's impossible to grow up and build a career - work is not equally divided between people: there are super-stressed employees doing extra-work every day (working even for more than 15 hours in a single day) and people doing almost nothing (sometimes they even 'ask' you to take a period off).
