Cons
Management is garbage. Nepotism and corruption runs rampant. The management team is clearly not qualified to run the business or its people but they are too arrogant to see their mistakes and the blame is placed on the hourly employees. Communication consists of gossiping behind closed doors. Some members of management spend their time spying on employees in an attempt to catch them not working. If they discover you not working, they will not confront you. They will talk trash about you behind your back. Employees are treated like disposable resources. Hours are long, weekends are a must. Every week someone else quits and the others are expected to carry the additional workload. I can’t see things getting any better until the whole management team is replaced. Stay away.
