      Pros

      EYT brings me the best of both worlds - flexi shift with my client + permanent WFH setup. Unlike other virtual agencies, EYT provides a great set of benefits, I don't even feel like I'm a freelancer. They offer competitive pay, HMO, internet allowance, holiday pay PLUS vacation leaves! Feels like I never left the corporate world but only with the convenience of working from home permanently. EYT has set great standards as an agency that hires freelancers. Great job!

      Cons

      Hmm, nothing major that I can think of. Probably just more events so I can get to know my other VAs, but other than that, the company is doing a great job in retaining their employees!

      Pros

      I had a smooth recruitment and onboarding process with them. They offer PTOs, paid US holidays, and HMO.

      Cons

      Like any agency without a PH entity, you're considered a contractor so you don't get any government-mandated benefits like SSS and PhilHealth. There's also a time tracker.
