The team works hard to support each other, so you build close relationships working across multiple projects together. For a small firm, the benefits are excellent, including generous PTO, 401K matching , company paid STD and LTD, and several plan selections for medical, dental and vision coverage.

The work can be complex and when working remotely, you have to be able to figure out how to manage your time and projects. Only those with strong self motivation and the ability to prioritize are going to be successful in our environment.

I have worked with EMT for over 2 years now and it has been a very satisfying work experience for me, I have referred 2 of our current team members because I thought it would really be a great opportunity for them to join EMT. Even with the COVID-19 hit the CEO has been very great about keeping the team together and adding new products to secure our business, unlike what other companies did by having to lay off their employees and reduce cost. I would highly recommend EMT to anyone who is looking for a long term opportunity and a chance to grow with a very friendly team and excellent environment. Also, the flexible hours have been one of the major Pros I liked about EMT and working from home, which gives you space to spend more time with your family.

The company is small and you have to be flexible with priority changes frequently and being given tasks that might not be part of your JD, but it also can be a chance to learn something new every day.
