      Pros

      Extension is an extremely welcoming environment. During my time here, I've made some great friends that are more like family. We work as a team, and I'm never worried about approaching someone for advice - everyone wants to share their experience and help one another succeed. Everyone from admin to management works hard to see the business succeed, and the passion for the business is contagious. Great flexibility and understanding when life decides to throw a curveball!

      Cons

      - A little favoritism is noticed from time to time. - No input from team when new procedures are rolled out (when the procedure will directly touch the recruiting workflow)

      Pros

      Great team of people who are motivated and work hard. Leaders are transparent, open to feedback, progressive with staying ahead of the curve, and responsive. Lots of opportunities to grow and advance.

      Cons

      It is what you make it. You need to work hard and be motivated to be successful. The industry is hard, so people need to be prepared to ride the highs and lows that come with that.
