Pros

First of all, the top management is approachable. The CEO, Ari is very hands-on, techy, and understands what his team needs. I love the culture of "accountability" and "fast phase" , "high adrenaline" culture. Also the benefits is great especially if you are in the Philippines, the 13th month pay and health card which I think most agency won't offer. Extenteam is a company that can be considered a company for a "long term" . With that said, if I don't have personal/family issues back then, I would love to stay and work with this team again in the future..I'm part of the core team not an agent.

Cons

I think what I hate about Extenteam is the HR policy about productivity measure, As they measure your activity through mouse and keyboard activity, SO if you are reading or waiting or even finished your task for the day, you might get flagged of low activity if you still have remaining hours for the day, which is not the case. This is my exp in the core team.

Pros

On-time salary, nothing more than that.

Cons

1. Lack of Training: Having few days of training is understandable, but have little to no access of SOPs is another thing. The trainer is not effective, sasagutin ka na nalang ng "Pwede, baka, siguro" 2. HR Team: Unprofessional, you thought you're being heard but you're not. 3: IT Team: Unprofessional, ang daming pina install di pa ma delete kahit former employee ka kasi ni restrict yung pag uninstall lol. 4. Impulsive decision-making: We went live with with no proper access, no SOPs, no structured workflow. 5. Weak management: You have to be very careful cause they'll terminate you without any valid reason. They'll just appoint people for a dedicated task kuno for any Lead tasks. But the truth is, they just disseminated the workloads because they are not that efficient enough to handle it.
