I liked that fact that they still allowed most of the employees to take a vehicle home, other companies have stopped. I liked working for a smaller and family owned company over a larger corporate companies.

The company offers no advancement opportunities or plans for employees who want to do more. It is hard to move up in the company and I even asked what my options were and I was told I could move into sales. Sales was not something I was interested in and the manager actually told me he didn't see me as a good salesman. Might be true, but I'm doing pretty well with my own business now.

It's a job and in a pinch it will make sure you have a paycheck.

This company is so disorganized. They are unprofessional in the way that they speak to employees. I have witnessed them sexually harassing younger female employees. There is nepotism throughout and no way to do anything worthwhile. This is currently a paycheck for me. Nothing more. Don't get stuck here with me.
