The leadership sets a good example by being willing to do hands-on work as needed. Cons
There is no con as such. The remote work environment can be isolating sometimes. But the team ensures regular communication through updates, virtual happy hour sessions, and appreciations, which helps to maintain a sense of connection and teamwork despite the distance.
