      - freedom to try/explore/fail fast and learn - independent in your work, if you learn the process - compensation for good results - young and nice people

      Cons

      - it's not a corporation with very well established rules and procedures, they are always changing- so if you're looking for a very organized and quiet environment, this is not the place for you - motivate yourself

      good atmosphere between colleagues lots of events and parties

      Cons

      low salaries top-down management lots of politics things promessed by the management that never happen work/life balance
