Pros
Holds a good position in the market, very competitive with other agencies of the like. Manager will often provide lunch or a meal to employees. Fun atmosphere most days. Usually temps get hired on as full times if they work hard. Benefits include PTO and health, vision insurance.
Cons
Overtly unfair management system. Promotions are based on whims of owner and how much they like you. Company is owned by husband and wife who also run a law group. management between two companies is unclear at best, and non-existent in certain aspects other times. Management is too busy thinking about profit growth to realize how to assist employees in peaking at their performance.
