I have had to extend my working hours to serve clients due to schedule changes with other countries or customer availability. for me it is ok. I love to assist people.

The constant blame for lack of business growth was placed unfairly on certain people. Comments during meetings were inappropriate and made employees feel uncomfortable, but if they complained they were worried about retaliation. They also terminate employment over email instead of through a meeting. It’s extremely impersonal.
