Great environment with caring leadership that invests in their employees. It's like a family here and everyone genuinely cares about each other. I've never worked at a company that values their employees as much as Exverus does. The work/life balance is great and management recognizes that your personal life and needs always come first. Many of our employees work remotely from across the country/in different time zones, so they're very accommodating and you're given the freedom to work wherever/however it best suits you. PTO is unlimited and encouraged with a mandatory 10 days off per year. The work is fun and meaningful, and the clients are the most gracious that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. All around just an amazing place to work and the people make it even better!
