Pros

Working for Exwire had many positive elements that are increasingly difficult to find in traditional corporate environments. As much as you want to learn, there are opportunities; this job will help you grow in many professional areas, and you get out of it what you put in; management is supportive and is openly appreciative of your work. The working team is has a positive ethos and helpful, even during big projects. Getting paid is never a problem and a general flexibility is part of the culture, as long as the work gets done.

Cons

Direct customer support in the field can be a challenge during bad weather, but I think anyone from the area understands this. I personally liked the extra element of adventure when the opportunities were there. Getting to a customer and exceeding their expectations is satisfying, but doing it in a blizzard is even better. Devin has been working hard on building up a core team of dedicated people. Before that process could mature, work loads were sometimes strained, but by 2016 it had really matured and the support and collaboration with this core team was productive and very positive.

Pros

Exwire is a good company they are flexible with scheduling. Very organized and constantly improving the work place. They give you a lot of responsibility and are always open to suggestions on how they can improve.

Cons

Very few employees so you are in charge of lots of tasks. Must use your own tools.
