1) A lot of your success depends on the kind of relationship you maintain across the Leadership Team. 2) Worst HR Policies. Employees, who have previously worked with large scale companies would realize how bad the policies are... 3) Stop sending survey forms and wasting our time asking for employee grievances if you are not going to effectively and timely address them. Remember, every issue has a shelf-life. 4) Exxat provides the worst compensation and benefits... After toiling for an entire year, please expect PEANUTS as compensation! 5) Low level of professionalism, you don't get your appraised offer letter... you directly get your appraised salary... amazing Exxat you know! Industry standard practice is to provide your employees with a revised letter. But no, why do that? Let employees figure out the entire structure... 6) Exxat has a lot of freshers, and they should look up the Leads as their mentors.
