Colleagues that are as passionate about enabling us to provide quality patient care as I am. The company is growing rapidly so it keeps it exciting in terms of bringing in new brands and practices in various markets across the country. Ability to be creative as this company continues to evolve and there isn't one set "right way." Friendly coworkers that are dedicated, pleasant to be around and committed to patient care.
Cons
Because of rapid growth, continually need to take a step back and look at the big picture or various groups can easily work in silos in terms of making decisions. Not really a "con," more of an awareness and needing to be purposeful about it. If you are someone who is uncomfortable with change, it may be challenging.
