Pros

Work can be overwhelming at times, but with the support of my colleagues, you'll breeze through the day. The team here is very supportive and always ready to offer a helping hand when needed.

Cons

Not really a big issue but there are so many ideas from everyone here but not sufficient time to execute them all.

Pros

I feel a greater sense of belonging and support here. They value your development, both in your career and personal life. The benefits provided shows the company's care for its employees. Here, your creativity is encouraged and your opinions hold weight, as evidenced by the open-door policy in place.

Cons

Implementation of additional resources or training programs

Pros

-The pay is good. -Also the reviews here are fake which are left by managers. -They have more reviews than the total number of employees that worked here since it first opened it's doors. -Every time a bad review is left, 5-7 good reviews are left days later only to keep the bad hidden.

Cons

Working at Eyeque has been a challenging experience, one that feels more like a placeholder than a career step. The overall atmosphere is disheartening, as many of my colleagues openly express their unhappiness and are actively looking for opportunities elsewhere. The management at Eyeque often feels out of touch with the needs of its employees and the demands of the market. Strategic decisions frequently seem misguided and do not inspire confidence in the company’s future. This disconnect has created a pervasive sense of stagnation and frustration among the staff. Moreover, it’s become an unspoken expectation for employees to leave positive reviews on job sites, which does not align with our actual experiences at the company. This practice questions the integrity of the management and contributes further to the lack of trust and morale among the team.
