Pros
Good benefits, nice physical working environment (if you have no concerns for cubicles). Nice place for a recent grad to start out at. Some good people work there (but not all of them).
Cons
They run extreme to the lean business model. Business was doing well, but still expected most to the jobs of several people instead of hiring more help. There were huge discrepancies on how some were treated versus others. If you were in favor with upper management, you received accolades, better pay, better hours, etc. Even if you were not the best employee. It was about being "buddies." Some folks worked hard and excelled at their jobs (and the 3 other jobs they were doing) but would not get recognized. Just became too much
